Let’s start our gastronomic program with an easy cooking recipe: the « Salade lyonnaise »
For 4 servings
- 1 lettuce
- 4 eggs
- 100 g. lardon or bacon strips
- 20 g. de butter
- Cruts, garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Make a « vinaigrette ». Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl :vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Dry roast the crust in a frying pan with butter after rub them in the garlic.
Prepare the lettuce.
Make 4 soft bold eggs in a saucepan of boiling water. Add the eggs one at a time. Cook 2 to 4 minutes.
Cut bacon into 3 cm pieces and grill until golden brown and crispy. Deglaze with butter and vinegar.
Make the dressing.
At the least moment, drizzle salad with « vinaigrette » and hot bacon.
