How to book ?

If you want to do any action of promotion during the Conference, please let us know by filling the following form.

Regular price : € – 2000 per stall
Special offer for JCI Events Promotion : € – 1500
Basic stall is 4m² with 1 table and 2 chairs. It includes free access to electricity and wifi.
Payment should be made as per the following schedule 
  • 70% on booking 
  • 30% upon confirmation i.e 30 days before the event

Selection procedure 

The COC reserves the right of selecting the vendor for the trade show depending on one or many of the following 
  • Financial turnover of the vendor 
  • Trade License and GST Registrations
  • Uniqueness of the product
  • Acceptance of the product in the global market 
  • The Vendor should acknowledge the fact that the Application may be rejected without being given a valid reason by the COC.

Transfer / Cancellation Policy 

Transfer of stall from vendors will be possible before confirmation of the staff i.e 30 days before the event 
The stalls cannot be cancelled after booking, however if any vendor wishes to cancel the following cancellation charges are applicable 
  • 100% refund of booking amount – 60 days before 
  • 75% refund of booking amount – 45 days before 
  • 50% refund of booking amount – 30 days before
